Since graduating from Temple University School of Law in 1992, Mr. Neiman has practiced solely in the areas of workers' compensation, social security disability, and related state and federal disability law. This was further limited to just workers' compensation matters over the last several years. In addition to Pennsylvania licensure, Mr. Neiman is also licensed to practice in the state courts of New Jersey, and is admitted to practice in Federal District Courts in both states. On various occasions, Mr. Neiman has been a speaker at public information seminars, as well as seminars sponsored by The Bucks County Bar Association and National Business Institute, on workers' compensation topics. Mr. Neiman has also participated in The People's Law School curriculum, teaching a class on workers' compensation. Recently, Mr. Neiman was named as Co-Chair for the Workers' Compensation Section for the Bucks County Bar Association, starting in January, 2010. Mr. Neiman is an active member of the Bucks County, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Away from the office, Mr. Neiman serves as President of the homeowners' association of a 400-residence development.

Ms. Brilliant then obtained her Law degree at Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, KY. Since graduating from Law School in 1993, Ms. Brilliant has been practicing in the area of Worker's Compensation. From 1993 through 2000, Ms. Brilliant worked for employers and the insurance carriers gaining valuable knowledge and insight as to how the insurance carriers and employers prepare for, and defend, workers' compensation cases. In 2001, Ms. Brilliant started representing injured workers, utilizing her prior defense experience.
In addition to Pennsylvania licensure, Ms. Brilliant is licensed to practice in the State courts of New Jersey. Ms. Brilliant has also been admitted to practice law in the Federal District Court of both states. Ms. Brilliant is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, as well as the Workers' Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
