Marsanne Weese is a trial and appellate criminal defense attorney. The Department of Motor Vehicles v. E.B.
Practice Area: DUI and DWI
Description: The DMV granted Attorney Weese's written request for a departmental review and set aside after the Department of Motor Vehicles suspended E.B.'s license for allegedly driving under the influence. In the request, Ms. Weese argued that the DMV's decision lacked sufficient evidence and therefore the Department should reinstate E.B.'s license to drive.
Outcome: The DMV agreed with Ms. Weese's arguments and granted her request, thus reinstating E.B.'s license.
