After graduating from Rutgers Law School
in 2001, Michael Discioarro began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County. During that time he investigated and prosecuted thousands of cases involving drugs, assaults, sex crimes, fraud, larceny and D.W.I.
Michael Discioarro is a member of the New York County and Bronx County Bar association and has taught Criminal Law at John Jay College. Michael Discioarro is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
When he left the office he was assigned to the Narcotics Bureau that prosecuted felony narcotics cases. He received extensive training in case investigation, grand jury presentation, and vast trial experience.
Upon leaving the Bronx District Attorney’s office, Michael Discioarro entered private practice with a Manhattan litigation firm where he handled personal injury cases, police brutality, and commercial litigation matters from the beginning all the way through to trial.
Michael Discioarro opened his offices in an effort to provide comprehensive legal services with a strong commitment to attention to the client’s needs.
