Leaving the farmlands of Central Illinois, Duane
graduated in 1973 from Southern Illinois University with Bachelor of
Science Degrees in both Accounting and Finance. After a few years of
practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Duane was awarded the Juris
Doctor degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology-Chicago Kent
College of Law. Duane is licensed to practice law in the State of
Illinois, United States District Court Northern District of Illinois,
and the United States Supreme Court.
Having
received the coveted American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Procedure

applied to resolve current client matters.

Establishing
his law firm in Chicago and Palatine, Illinois, Duane represents
clients in small businesses, probate, trusts and estate matters, and in
family law where he litigates diverse and sophisticated property and
family law issues at the trial and appellate levels.
The firm primarily represents clients in Cook County, DuPage County, Lake County, Kane County and McHenry County.
