Jason Lundberg, Member of Allegiance Law
Jason A. Lundberg began working as an attorney for a small personal inury law firm in October of 2005. He gained valuable experience there, including representing clients in arbitration and mediations. He also conducted multiple jury trials as first chair. It was during his jury trials that he knew he wanted to start his own firm.
Mr. Lundberg graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law. While attending school, he was a Senior Editor of the Golden Gate Law and Social Justice Journal. Mr. Lundberg furthered his legal education by clerking for several judges, including Commissioner Slabach of the San Francisco Unified Family Court, the Honorable Judge Warren, the Honorable Judge Quidachay and the Honorable Judge Kahn.
Mr. Lundberg created the Allegiance Law firm in order to represent clients more adequately in personal injury and employment law matters. Mr. Lundberg enjoys helping people understand their rights while they navigate through the complicated legal process, and enjoys his work at The Ladva Law Firm because of their commitment to their clients and high level of integrity.
Mr. Lundberg has worked in a large array of practice areas including tax, white collar criminal defense and real property. However, Mr. Lundberg has found it most rewarding representing injured and otherwise aggrieved parties in lawsuits to recover damages from insurance companies, corporations, public entities and others.
