AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS
An auto accident and the subsequent injuries suffered can impact an individual’s life. You may never be able to restore your life to where it would have been prior to the accident. In order to assist you through this time, please call Allegiance Law.
BICYCLE ACCIDENT
Bicyclists enjoy as many benefits from the law as motor vehicles, and provide a healthy alternative to traveling by automobile. However, by making the choice to ride bicycle in lieu of an automobile, you open yourself up to a greater risk of injury. Here, at Allegiance Law our bicycle accident attorney is well versed on not only California State Law but also local ordinances that effect bicyclists.
MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENTS
As with bicycle accidents, there are many risks that are associated with riding a motorcycle. Many motor vehicles around you on the road simply do not pay attention to motorcycles until it is too late. This can result in injuries more severe than an individual would normally suffer from the same impact in another car or truck.
PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENTS
Pedestrian accidents can be one of the most serious personal injury matters that occur. A pedestrian has little to no protection to soften a blow when he is struck by a motor vehicle. Even if no serious injury occurs the pain associated with such an injury can be unbearable. That is why if you are injured as the result of being struck by a motor vehicle while you were a pedestrian, you should speak to one of the pedestrian accident attorneys at Allegiance Law.

Case History
Radford v. Daniels
Practice Area: Personal Injury
Description: The above matter involved my client who was an uninsured motorist. He suffered horrible injuries, including a fracture in his ankle, a smashed femur, which resulted in one leg being shorter than another, and a fractured wrist. The insurance company was only offering a nominal fee to settle the matter. We took it all the way to trial.
Outcome: Prior to closing arguments, Defense counsel requested a recess. It was at this time that an offer was made by the Defendant. The offer was over the amount that had been requested in the past.
