Radford v. Daniels

Practice Area: Personal Injury

Description: The above matter involved my client who was an uninsured motorist. He suffered horrible injuries, including a fracture in his ankle, a smashed femur, which resulted in one leg being shorter than another, and a fractured wrist. The insurance company was only offering a nominal fee to settle the matter. We took it all the way to trial.

Outcome: Prior to closing arguments, Defense counsel requested a recess. It was at this time that an offer was made by the Defendant. The offer was over the amount that had been requested in the past.

Mr. Lundberg graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law. While attending school, he was a Senior Editor of the Golden Gate Law and Social Justice Journal. Mr. Lundberg furthered his legal education by clerking for several judges, including Commissioner Slabach of the San Francisco Unified Family Court, the Honorable Judge Warren, the Honorable Judge Quidachay and the Honorable Judge Kahn.

Mr. Lundberg was admitted to the California Bar and joined a personal injury law firm as a full time associate. There he gained invaluable experience, including conducting his first jury trial.

He represents clients in personal injury disputes. Mr. Lundberg enjoys helping people understand their rights while they navigate through the complicated legal process, and enjoys his work at Allegiance Law because of the commitment to their clients and high level of integrity that is exhibited in representing parties in personal injury lawsuits. Mr. Lundberg has worked in a large array of practice areas including tax, white collar criminal defense and real property.
