Description: My client sold a $3.5 mil printing press to the second largest printer in the world who had just filed for bankrupty in New York. The printer was shipped, but the purcahse price not paid because of the bankruptcy.
Outcome: Kubiesa Associates collected the entire purchase price through its representation of it's client in the New York Bankruptcy case.
