Krutch, Lindell, Bingham, Jones & Petrie was founded in 1957 by retired shareholders Dick Krutch and Rocky Lindell with the goal of providing high quality, personalized and affordable legal services, in a wide variety of practice areas. The extensive experience of our attorneys, combined with our relatively small size, allows the firm to continue serving that original goal today. Jeffrey C. Jones Biography
Mr. Jones limits his practice to representation of seriously injured persons, including aviation, construction injury, wrongful death, complex product liability, maritime, professional negligence and other personal injury claims. Mr. Jones has extensive experience in all areas of personal injury and wrongful death practice, including Plane Crash litigation, for which the firm is well known nationally. Mr. Jones also has a particular interest in representing persons with brain injuries, and is a past consultant to a local rehabilitation facility for brain-injured individuals. He is the past Co-Chair of the Aviation Section of the King County Bar Association.
Mr. Jones graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University in 1974, and earned his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 1977. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the East King County Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America) and the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association).
He is an active member of the Lawyer Pilots Bar Association as well as the Aviation Sections of the King County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.Mr. Jones is a frequent lecturer on matters of trial practice, including aviation related litigation, is a contributing author to the Washington State Bar Association Auto Accident Desk Book, and has frequently been asked to serve in the capacity of arbitrator and judge pro tempore.
