David Flanagan, Member of Keegan and Flanagan Law Office

Dave Flanagan has earned a reputation as an aggressive, fearless, and well prepared trial attorney. His clients often let him know their appreciation for his sincere and caring representation. Dave graduated from New England School of Law in 2003 and passed the Massachusetts Bar Exam. He was on the staff of the New England School of Law Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement. While attending law school, he was the owner of Diligent Claims Investigations. He was a licensed private investigator and his company investigated insurance fraud claims for several insurance companies. Dave got started working as a private investigator for the Claims Bureau in 1994. There he conducted surveillance and other investigatory techniques to assist insurance companies in uncovering potential insurance fraud. He worked as an insurance adjuster for Liberty Mutual Insurance, and opened his company Diligent Claims Investigations in 1999. The day after he was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2003, Dave founded Keegan and Flanagan, LLP with his partner and childhood friend Joe Keegan. Dave's experience as an insurance adjuster and private investigator working with insurance companies gives him an edge on the competition because he knows how insurance companies operate. He knows how a claim is handled, how the insurance company investigates the claims, and how the adjuster evaluates the potential settlement.
