Severin Roberts, Member of Katz Law Group

     Severin was born in Atlanta, Georgia and earned a Bachelor’s of Science from College of Charleston in 2004.  He graduated from Tulane University Law School in 2009 and returned to Atlanta.  During law school, Severin was selected to participate in Tulane Law School’s Domestic Violence clinic, in which he represented victims of domestic violence in civil litigation matters.  Severin also completed negotiation and mediation training at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.

       Severin’s practice is devoted to employment litigation and civil rights law, focusing on claims under Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. 

     Severin also has criminal defense experience and has represented hundreds of clients facing a wide range of criminal charges, including jury trials that resulted in not guilty verdicts for clients charged with D.U.I. and battery.
