Barry Ross graduated from Syracuse
University in 1954 and from Syracuse College of Law, cum laude, in
1957, where he was an Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. He handles
complex real estate transactions involving both commercial and
residential properties. He is presently a member of the Nassau County
Bar Association Real Estate Committee. In connection with representing
public and private corporations, Mr. Ross has extensive experience in
negotiating and preparing commercial leases, licensing agreements,
distribution agreements, employment agreements and other business
agreements as well as resolving commercial disputes.
