Sarah S. Wessels is an experienced estate planning attorney with a finance degree and advanced training on the intersection of health and law.
While her primary focus is estate planning, she also practices employment, elder issues, housing, and family law as part of her health law practice.
Ms. Wessels works with a team of academics at the UCSF/UC Hastings Consoritum on Health, Law and Science. This team is dedicated to advancing health through interdisciplinary study. Ms. Wessels provides free classes on issues such as Elder Law, Pregnancy and the Law, and Terminal Illness and the Law, and Mental Illness and the Law. In addition to my studies and work, I also served on student council and conducted extensive research on family law with one of Hastings prestigious faculty members, Professor Kelly Weisberg.
