Just Health and Family is dedicated to providing quality estate planning services coupled with excellent customer service. In order to make my services affordable and accessible, I offer estate planning packages and home visits.
Estate Planning Packages
Estate planning does not have to be time consuming or expensive. For most of my clients, putting together an estate plan will only require a couple of hours of their time and my packages are offered at affordable rates.
All of our packages include a:
- will
- advance health care directive (living will + power of attorney over health care),
- durable power of attorney over finances, &
- an option to add a living trust (second price)
- a home visit (free)
Basic Pack ($450/$950)
The Basics Pack includes the documents listed above. The Basics Pack without a living trust is great for young singles. Adding a living trust is a good choice for clients who have accumulated assets in excess of $100,000.
Couples Pack ($650/$1050)
The Couples Pack includes two of each of the documents listed and is for any type of couple (married, domestic partners, or otherwise involved) who shares assets or estate planning goals.
Parents Pack ($750 or $1350)
A Parents Pack incorporates guardianship agreements into your estate plan. Many lawyers only include a guardianship clause in a will, but in California there are actually four distinct legal tools available to help you plan for the care of your children. Elder Law Clients
Practice Area: Estate Planning
Description: Many of my clients are either elderly, ill, or disabled. In these situations, traveling to a an office is burdensome and may compromise their health. Because of the fragile nature of these cases, I starting making arrangements for home visits. I often meet with a friend or trusted family member first in a public location. Once they get to know me, we arrange for a day to meet the client in a place they are comfortable.
Outcome: My clients are able to put wills, trusts, and living wills into effect without having to leave their home.
