Charles Joseph, Member of Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum, LLP
Charles Joseph founded the firm of Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum LLP in 1999 after working for another firm, Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, for seven years. As a veteran of employment law, Charles has helped literally hundreds of employees reach decisive and successful resolutions. His deep knowledge of workers' rights and his passion for fighting for the underdog have made him a formidable litigator. Among his areas of expertise include whistleblower law, discrimination, wage and hour claims, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, and sexual harassment. Charles has a strong background in both class action lawsuits and claims relating to individual discrimination or harassment claims.
Charles received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1990. He is a member in good standing of the New York City Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
