Michael Palmer, Member of Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum, LLP
Since 2005, Michael Palmer has been an active associate of Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum. He works with individual claimants and handles class action matters. He specializes in litigation related to workplace discrimination, violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Family Medical Leave Act, sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
Michael received his B.A at the University of Texas, Austin in 2000, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was a member of the Dean's List. He attended the University of Texas School of Law from 2000 to 2003, where he worked on the Texas Forum on Civil Liberties and Civil Rights Journal. Michael got his J.D. from NYU Law School in 2004 and served as a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
Michael is a member of numerous professional associations including the New York State, County, and City Bar Associations and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
