Diane Hester, Member of Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum, LLP
Since 2002, Diane Hester has served as one of the partners of Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum. She employs her detailed understanding of defense law to battle on behalf of plaintiffs in both class action litigation and individual matters. She specializes in workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour law, and whistleblower cases, as well as matters involving violations of the Family Medical Leave Act and complex commercial litigation. In addition to her work at Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum, Diane clerked for a U.S. District Court Judge, the Honorable Alfred J. Lechner of the District of New Jersey, and spent a dozen years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP working alongside Charles Joseph. Diane leverages the experience that she had at Debevoise and Plimpton working on behalf of companies defending themselves against class action suits to conceptualize and execute exceptional strategies for claimants.
Diane got her J.D. at Harvard Law School in 1990, where she served on the Board of Student Advisors of the Moot Court and was an active participant in the Civil Rights/Civil Liberties Law Review. She’s been a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association since 1992.
