Brian Fredericks, Member of Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum, LLP

Brian Fredericks became an associate of Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum shortly after getting his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2006. He leverages his skills to help both class action claimants and individual claimants. In addition to working on cases involving whistleblower retaliation, sexual harassment, and workplace discrimination, Brian handles Fair Labor Standards Act claims and violations of the Family Medical Leave Act.

Brian received his B.A. in History from The University of Rochester and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2006, where he graduated cum laude and participated both in Moot Court and The Boston University Civil Litigation Program.
