Amy Zobel, Member of Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum, LLP

Senior Associate Amy L. Zobel has practiced law for eight years. In addition to working for Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum, Amy has worked for Dewey Ballantine as well as the Employee Benefits Department and the ERISA. She boasts experience in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and a deep knowledge of securities and corporate law.

Ms. Zobel specializes in whistleblower claims, contract law, and discrimination and sexual harassment law. She lives in Tennessee and practices out of her home state.

Ms. Zobel attended SUNY College of Buffalo as an undergraduate and got her B.S in 1996, graduating summa cum laude. She then attended the University of Buffalo School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Buffalo Law Review and got honored with the distinction of magna cum laude. In addition to working for Dewey Ballantine from 1989 to 2003 in their Corporate and Employee Benefits Departments, Ms. Zobel also served the firm Sadis & Goldberg from 2004 to 2006.

She is a member in good standing of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
