Description: In 2010 I reached a final resolution of case involving a corporation that owed $400,000 in back payroll taxes.
Outcome: I restructured the corporation into two separate S-Corps and then negotiated an Offer in Compromise for one owner and blocked the Trust Fund assessment on the other owner. End result they paid $50,000 and now have two new successful businesses and no tax issues whatsoever.
