.M. Smith Co., LPA was founded by Attorney Justin M. Smith
with the goal of leveraging technology and experience to provide
superior representation and personalized service to clients of the
firm. Our practice is devoted to helping our clients through some of
the most difficult situations they may encounter in their lifetime.
Whether they are filing for bankruptcy, facing criminal charges or have
suffered a devastating personal injury, we understand that these are
all momentous events. For this reason, we take our roles as "counselor"
and "advocate" very seriously and strive to provide professional,
responsive service and aggressive representation on each client's
behalf.

Attorney Smith, the founder of the firm, is a graduate of
Case Western Reserve School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio and Hillsdale
College in Hillsdale, Michigan and has also studied at the University
of Oxford in England. Having graduated from college with a Bachelor of
Arts in three years, Attorney Smith continued to law school, graduating
at the early age of twenty-three. Throughout his career, Attorney Smith
has personally represented hundreds of clients in criminal matters
throughout Northeast Ohio and has also helped hundreds of clients to
file for consumer bankruptcy protection.

Attorney Smith has also
helped many clients recover for injuries and emotional distress caused
by the actions or negligence of others including automobile accidents,
slip and fall injuries, sexual harassment, discrimination, civil
assault and more.

Attorney Smith holds a Michigan Real Estate
Broker's license, an Ohio Real Estate license and has extensive
experience in real estate matters. Smith previously served as General
Counsel to a mortgage company and a high volume title company and as
the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel for the former
management and marketing contractor for the United States Department of
Housing and Urban Development for the States of Ohio and Michigan.
