Jeffrey R. Kays, LLC

Jeff was born in Sullivan, Missouri and grew up in South St. Louis
County.  Jeff attended high school at Missouri Military Academy in
Mexico, Missouri.  Jeff spent three years enlisted in the United States
Air Force where he was an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician and two
years in the Missouri Air National Guard.

Jeff earned his
bachelors degree in business administration from Columbia College in
Columbia, Missouri in 1995.  Jeff earned his Juris Doctorate from
University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 1998.

While
in Law School, Jeff clerked for the Leawood, Kansas law firm of Cohen,
McNiele and Pappas, PC.  After law school Jeff has worked for The
Copeland Law Firm in Columbia, Missouri and Inglish & Monaco, PC in
Jefferson City, Missouri as well as his own private practice since 1999.

Jeff
is a Past Post Commander and Past Adjutant of Hartsburg American Legion
Post 424.   Jeff is a founding member of the Hartsburg Athletic Club, a
non-profit charitable organization dedicated to youth sports.  Jeff has
also served as a Councilman for the Village of Hartsburg, Secretary for
the Hartsburg Planning and Zoning Committee and President of the Peace
United Church of Christ in Hartsburg, Missouri.
