Jeffrey Peltz, Member of Jeffrey B. Peltz. P.C.

Jeffrey B. Peltz was born in 1955 in Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Peltz graduated from the College of Staten Island with highest honors in 1980. In 1983 he then graduated from Pace Law School and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1983 and New York Bar in 1984.

From 1984 to 1985 Mr. Peltz was a partner in the law firm of Peltz & McSweeney in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Mr. Peltz founded the law firm of Jeffrey B. Peltz, P.C. in Brooklyn, New York in 1986. Mr. Peltz is experienced in the areas of Bankruptcy, Divorce and Family Law matters, Personal Injury matters, Real Estate, wills and estates.

Jeffrey Peltz is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.  In addition to being admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, Mr. Peltz is admitted to practice law in the Federal Court of New Jersey, as well the Eastern , Southern and Northern District Courts of  New York.
