What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?
Attorney Miller meets with all new clients at the initial consultation. Depending on the clients needs and the type of case it is, Attorney Miller will delegate work to less senior attorneys, law interns and para-legals in an attempt to keep the clients costs down. We understand that in many situations, cost is a factor. No person should have to for-go legal representation due to cost factors.
We also participate in a number of programs that offer discount legal services to those in need. In some cases, we offer payment plans to those in need.
What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?
We believe at J. Miller & Associates that our clients should be involved in each and every decision and aspect of their case. An educated client helps us do a better job.
Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?
No. Although we are willing to meet with someone who has legal questions, we have found that assisting someone in representing themselves is not in the best interest of the client.
Jeremey Miller
Jeremey was born in Longmont, Colorado. He then moved with his family to Pennsylvania where he spent most of his childhood.

At the age of 12, he and his family moved to mid-coast Maine, where he attended George's Valley High School. Jeremey then returned to Pennsylvania where he completed his undergraduate studies at Penn State University, Class of 1997. Jeremey moved to Concord, New Hampshire to attend Franklin Pierce Law School, graduating in 2000. In October, 2000, Jeremey founded J. Miller & Associates, PLLC in Concord, New Hampshire. J. Miller & Associates is a full service law firm specializing in business, trademark/copy right, civil disputes, administrative hearings criminal defense, and estate planning.
Jeremey currently resides with his wife and three children in Canterbury, New Hampshire.
