Hudson, Jones, Jaywork & Fisher is one of southern Delaware's oldest and largest law firms. Although tracing its roots back to the 1950's when David P. Buckson (later Attorney General and Lt. Governor of Delaware) shared offices at 225 south State Street in Dover with William S. Hudson, the firm's formal origin was in 1977 as "Hudson, Jones and Jaywork." Since that time, the firm has grown to exceed fifteen attorneys with offices in Dover, Rehoboth Beach and Georgetown.

Hudson, Jones is a full-service firm providing legal counsel and representation in many areas of law including automobile accidents and other personal injury, civil litigation, business law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, criminal law, municipal, zoning and public utility law, domestic relations, bankruptcy and creditor relations, wills and estates, and administrative law.

The Dover Office, still at 225 South State Street, now occupies all of the buildings between historic Wesley Church and North Street. In this complex, twelve attorneys and twenty-three support staff utilize the firm's many resources to service its clients. The Rehoboth Beach Office, at 309 Rehoboth Avenue, is staffed by three full-time attorneys and is often used by attorneys from the Dover office to meet with Sussex county clients. Located on the main street of The Nation's Summer Capital, the Rehoboth Beach office also provides a wide range of legal services and is especially known for what the resort area demands most: real estate, condominium, and homeowners association law. Hudson, Jones' Rehoboth Beach office is centrally located in the heart of the Rehoboth real estate and banking sector and is only 30 minutes from the Sussex County Courthouse in Georgetown.

The Georgetown Office, at 100 North Bedford Street, is staffed by two full time attorneys and is used by attorneys at the dover office and the Rehoboth Beach office to meet with Sussex County clients.
