Bryan Barney, Member of Huber Barney, PLLC
Bryan speaks Spanish fluently and currently practices in the areas of Immigration Law, Bankruptcy, General Business Law, Real Estate, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury.
In addition to representing clients in probate proceeding, the bankruptcy court and imigration proceedings, Bryan has been involved in several business ventures and is experienced in capital strategy and acquisition for both business and real estate projects. Bryan gained his experience in the Land Development process working with Landmark Companies. He has firsthand knowledge of the development process of commercial, industrial and residential real estate projects. Bryan has also been a principal in a business that provides technology solutions for private individuals, and commercial business.
Bryan is a graduate of the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University with a Management Degree with an emphasis in Finance. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Bryan participated in the Civil Justice Clinic at ASU, representing several low-income clients victimized by fraudulent real estate transactions. Bryan also completed Mediation Skills Training, participated in the Mediation Clinic, and served as a Mediator in the Maricopa County Justice Courts.
Bryan is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and licensed to practice law in the Arizona Courts, the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in Arizona, in the U.S. District Court – District of Arizona, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court –
