Aaron Huber, Member of Huber Barney, PLLC
Aaron focuses his practice in the areas of Business Development, Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, and Immigration. He represents businesses and individuals in various business and financial scenarios; including, business formation, business transactions, business and personal bankruptcy, estate planning, probate representation, navigation of the immigration and naturalization process with the USCIS, and representation in deportation proceedings.
Prior to practicing law, Aaron had over 18 years experience as a business executive in the areas of credit & collections, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, facilitation, business development, consumer relations, and government relations. He has served as a COO, General Manager, Senior Vice President, Consumer Relations Manager, and on several non-profit and corporate boards of directors. Aaron served on the City of Mesa, Financing the Future Committee, and as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance at Western International University. He is a former member of the Board of Examiners, and Senior Examiner for the State of Arizona Governor's Award for Quality, and a former member of the Society of Certified Credit Executives. Aaron is a Rotarian and is a past President of the Mesa Baseline Rotary Club.
Aaron obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Arizona State University; a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Western International University, and a Juris Doctorate from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Aaron completed Mediation Skills Training, participated in the Mediation Clinic, and served as a Mediator in the Maricopa County Justice Courts. Aaron was a Willard H. Pedrick scholar, CALI award recipient, winner of academic/writing competition awards in the areas of International Law and Estate Planning and graduated with Pro Bono Distinction.
Aaron is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in Arizona, in the U.S. District Court – District of Arizona, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – District of Arizona.
