As a Partner in our firm, Omar Abuzir's work covers all aspects of immigration law, with a particular concentration on litigation in Federal District Court and matters that come before the Executive Office of Immigration Review.

Mr. Abuzir has many years of experience representing clients in or facing deportation and/or removal proceedings due to a wide variety of circumstances. Mr. Abuzir has also represented hundreds of clients seeking some form of immigrant or non-immigrant status or relief from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, including as a result of marriage, as a family relation, in seeking citizenship and in trying to gain the right to hold employment in the United States.
