Joseph Hood, Member of Hood & Assoc

Joseph Hood, Jr., has been practicing law for almost 20 years. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Hood was a captain in the Navy, serving as a fighter pilot. He is a leader in his community, and in 2000 received the City of Virginia Beach Human Rights Award, the purpose of which is to "officially recognize individuals, community groups, organizations, and businesses for meritorious service in the pursuit of cultural diversity and advocacy of human rights which benefit Virginia Beach citizens."
