Jeffrey Hogue

Jeffrey L. Hogue is a partner in the San Diego office of Hogue & Belong. Mr. Hogue’s practice primarily concerns the areas of real estate and employment law.  

Mr. Hogue has significant expertise representing and counseling various parties on most facets of real estate and employment law, including, but not limited to: small to large commercial leases; the acquisition and disposition of various types of real estate; co-ownership agreements; commercial and residential financing transactions, including title issues and loan workouts; land use matters; constructions contracts; employment agreements; and general counsel to real estate and mortgage brokerages concerning risk management and legal compliance.

Mr. Hogue’s extensive transactional experience has only complimented his litigation practice, wherein from a very young age he has worked on and represented consumers and employees in high profile cases as well as complex and class actions in the areas of mortgage fraud, predatory lending, real estate flipping schemes, real estate broker/salesperson fraud, appraiser fraud, homeowner association disputes, sexual harassment, age discrimination, employer retaliation, and wage & hour violations.
