Stephanie Palladino, Member of HoganWillig Attorneys at Law
Stephanie Palladino received her B.A. in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Rochester in 2003 and her J.D., cum laude, in 2006 from the University at Buffalo Law School. While at the University at Buffalo, she served as Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review.
For over three years following law school, Ms. Palladino practiced at a large law firm in Manhattan, where she focused on corporate law and investment management, representing hedge fund and private equity fund managers. She has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, contracts and disclosure documents on behalf of financial service firms and private investment funds, as well as advising clients with respect to various corporate and securities matters.
At HoganWillig, Ms. Palladino concentrates her practice in matrimonial and family law, where she represents clients in both Family Court and Supreme Court. She utilizes her previous experience to advocate for clients when negotiating and drafting separation and property settlement agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements, as well as analyzing financial information with respect to the equitable distribution of property, the valuation of businesses and educational degrees and child support. Ms. Palladino also assists clients in all aspects of litigation relating to divorce, separation, custody and child support.
