Debra Rougeux, Member of HoganWillig Attorneys at Law

 Ms. Rougeux has represented family members in high conflict situations in both family and matrimonial actions for over 20 years where she has tackled various disputes, bringing resolution to family situations with sensitivity to the need to resolve these difficulties in a timely manner and with years of understanding the different approaches to many different problems. Ms. Rougeux brings years of experience resolving high conflict situations to the table each time she is introduced to a family's unique difficulties. She understands the fundamental responsibility to each client to bring resolution to their family's conflict, as well as to protect their rights into the future.

 

Ms. Rougeux has also represented children for over 15 years as a Law Guardian in both Niagara and Erie Counties. In addition, she also serves as a mediator with the Erie County Family Court Mediation Panel.

Ms. Rougeux received the Paul V. Crapsi Law Guardian award in 2010 and has served with the Lawyers for Learning Program and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
