Glenn Pincus, Member of HoganWillig Attorneys at Law
Prior to joining HoganWillig, Mr. Pincus worked in the Erie County District Attorney's Office for more than 25 years, where he was Chief of Narcotics and Chief of Juvenile Justice. In 1987, Mr. Pincus prosecuted the first New York State televised felony trial.
During his career as a criminal prosecutor, Mr. Pincus successfully litigated thousands of cases, including more than a thousand felony cases before New York Superior Courts. His work encompassed investigation, grand jury, plea negotiation, motion practice, trials and appeals.
Mr. Pincus also serves as an adjunct instructor at the University at Buffalo Law School teaching trial technique.
