Carol Farrar, Member of HoganWillig Attorneys at Law

"I am very excited to be working with the Commercial and Business Litigation team at HoganWillig. Before joining HoganWillig, my practice areas included labor and employment law, insurance defense litigation, subrogation and small claims matters.

I graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo and received my J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School. Prior to obtaining my J.D., I worked as a litigation paralegal at a large firm and have experience in the areas of medical malpractice, toxic torts, products liability, environmental law, automobile accidents, premises liability and labor law.

My professional memberships include the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Western New York.

On a more personal note, I am a member and Past President and Treasurer of the Lancaster Garden Club."
