Martin Hoffman is a senior partner of Hoffman, Larin and Agnetti, P.A. Admitted in 1973, he is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law,

Mr. Hoffman has taught law and is a prolific author; his legal encyclopedia is available online. He has appeared on national media and in print and his cases have been reported throughout the United States in such publications as the New York Times and others. He has written and appeared in numerous instructional video presentations addressing various legal topics.

An active trial lawyer, Mr. Hoffman accepts Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Civil Litigation, Family Law and Social Security cases.
