Outcome: Hinkins Law, LLC, after presenting convincing evidence to the Court, successfully enabled the child's step mom to adopt him, and terminated his biological mother's rights.

Description: Hinkins Law, LLC stepped into the fray in a case involving out of state litigants, where the ex-husband was trying to avoid his parental responsibilities, and there were allegations of abuse.
