In addition to handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases for debtors, Michael O’Leary serves as a Chapter 7 Trustee in the Poughkeepsie (NY) Bankruptcy Court, and has established a well deserved reputation as an attorney who capably and successfully represents his clients during the bankruptcy process.
