Attorney Daniel B. Halpern started his private practice in downtown San Jose soon after he completed law school and passed the California Bar Exam in 1997. He has been working hard to produce the best results for his clients since that time. Attorney Daniel B. Halpern shows the same attributes of hard work and dedication to the job as an attorney that he shows in his life as a whole. Daniel is a dedicated and conscientious husband and father.
Throughout his law school years Daniel B. Halpern worked for the City of San Jose’s City Attorney’s Office and the Redevelopment Office of the City of San Jose’s General Counsel’s Office full-time, first as a secretary and then as a paralegal. Daniel Halpern’s employment served the dual purposes of supporting his wife and growing young family and of allowing Daniel to learn, from participation, the ins and outs of running a top notch legal organization.
Even with full-time employment and the responsibilities of fatherhood, law student Daniel B. Halpern earned the right to address his law school graduation ceremony as the salutatorian, the second ranking member of the graduating class.
