Max M. Hagen, Esquire has been practicing law for almost 50 years while living in South Florida.  During that time, he has developed his bankruptcy practice to help assist clients have a fresh start with their financial lives.

Additionally, Mr. Hagen handles commercial and residential real estate and other transactional work relating to corporate and business relations as well as probate, wills and trusts.

After attending undergraduate school at the University of Florida, Mr. Hagen finished his education at the University of Miami (Fla.) with his juris doctor. Shortly thereafter, Max was elected as President of the Hialeah-Miami Lakes Bar Association.

Among his accomplishments, Mr. Hagen is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Florida and the state courts of Tennessee. In addition, he is duly admitted and qualified to appear before the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

In connection with handling real estate matters, Max is a member with Stewart Title in order to act as a title and closing agent on such transactions and has lectured on numerous real estate matters for real estate and mortgage companies.
