Reasonable Rates, Cost-Effective Representation

Our attorneys take all personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning that we charge no fees unless we obtain a successful recovery on the client's behalf.  In addition, we offer staggered fees starting at 25% if we are able to resolve your case through negotiation without a lawsuit.  We also offer reasonable hourly rates and flat fees in our other areas of practice. 

In addition to full representation, we also provide limited-scope "unbundled" legal services.  These can include document preparation, limited appearances in court, and in-depth consultations.  Although limited-scope representation is not appropriate in every situation, it can be beneficial for clients who are representing themselves and only need help with a certain task or aspect of a legal matter.

Greg is a Minnesota personal injury and family law attorney. He is a cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, where he spent two years on the William Mitchell Law Review, was the recipient of the Chief Justice Peter S. Popovich Scholarship, and earned honors for Contract Law, Insurance Law and Labor law.

Greg's career spans over 13 years in the insurance and risk management industry. His experience includes positions with Allstate Insurance, General Casualty Insurance, Northland Insurance and over eight years managing the self-insured risks of Supervalu Inc. After years of managing injury litigation from coast to coast and resolving thousands of claims, Greg launched his Minnesota personal injury attorney practice with a driving desire to work for individual clients.
