James H. Greeman is a nationwide
leading Social Security Disability attorney admitted to the Minnesota
Bar in August, 1995 and to United States District Court for the
District of Minnesota in April, 2001.
James is a graduate of Hamline University, and he obtained his Juris
Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law. James has practiced
exclusively in Social Security Disability law his entire 12 year legal
career and has personally represented more individuals in their
disability claims than any other attorney in Minnesota. During this
time he has either represented or worked on disability claims for more
than 20,000 people throughout the country and at all levels of the
administrative process and in United States District Court for the
District of Minnesota. Early in his career he made a commitment to
representing the less fortunate members of our community. James has
represented disabled children, indigent and homeless claimants, those
applying for SSI and the mentally ill.
James received recognition in 1999, 2000 and 2001 when he was named a
"Super Lawyer by Law and Politics, Twin Cities Business Monthly and
Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine, a distinction fewer than 5% of all
Minnesota attorneys receive. He was also named by his peers in these
same publications in 2001 as a "Rising Star" in the legal community.
