The founder and managing litigation attorney of our firm, Richard L. Grant, has handled Criminal & DUI, Traffic, & Juvenile Offenses, Business and Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense & Transportation Litigation in the Southern California area since 1981. Responding to client requests for a unique litigation law firm which offers a variety of services, expertise, professionalism, and excellent legal representation, in February, 1984, The Law Offices of Richard L. Grant was formed.

In 1995, Gabrielle H. Grant joined the firm providing her expertise in business litigation. Thereafter, the Law offices of Richard L. Grant became known as The Law Firm of GRANT & GRANT.

Since 1984, the Law Firm of GRANT & GRANT has provided excellent legal representation in the areas of Traffic, DUI/DWI,Juvenile, and Criminal offenses, Business Litgation, both prosecution and defense, and Insurance Defense & Subrogation and Transportation Matters. It also has provided legal services related to the the Defense of Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Federal Credit Reporting Act, and Privacy Issues.
