Practice Area: Criminal Defense
Description: September 5, 2009 Graber PLLC, led by attorney Daniel Graber and summer associate Vincent Sommella, recently represented a real estate investor in a partnership dispute over investment property.
Outcome: Although the defendant made no pre-trial settlement offer, Graber PLLC achieved a full verdict in our client's favor after trial in New York State Supreme Court.

Practice Area: Criminal Defense
Description: August 29, 2009 Graber PLLC represented a defendant in an enterprise corruption prosecution arising out of identity theft and bank fraud. The investigation, which had gone on over a year and involed hundreds of hours of recoreded telephone coversations, resulted in more than 200 felony counts on three seperate indictments against our client. Each indictment carried a possible penalty of 20 years in prison.
Outcome: After extensive investigation which identified shortcomings in the prosecution's case, Graber PLLC was able to negotiate a plea deal which would enable the client to spend less than a year in jail.
