Mr. Williams represents disabled people who have been denied Social Security disability benefits by the Social Security Administration or who have been denied short or long term disability benefits (STD and LTD benefits) under employer sponsored disability plans usually administered by insurance companies. (These plans are usually regulated under the Federal ERISA statute.) He also handles PERA, Federal and other government disability claims.


Mr. Williams' practice also allows him to write wills and handle his client's trusts and estates. He can also handle small business law and litigation needs.
Gordon Williams opened his law practice in 1978.With over 33 years of experience, Mr. Williams is ready to answer your questions and represent your interests.


His office is conveniently located near 6th and Union Blvd in Lakewood, Colorado. During this time, he has been admitted to practice before all state courts, the Colorado Federal District Court, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Williams represents clients in Jefferson County, the metropolitan Denver area and throughout Colorado.
