Richard Goldstein

Richard founded Goldstein Patent Law nearly two decades ago. From major corporations to individual inventors, he has provided custom IP strategies and legal representation to thousands of clients nationwide. Richard's efforts have resulted in more than 1,500 issued patents.

Richard contributes a monthly column to the American Bar Association webzine, "Law Practice Today," on topics pertaining to leadership and law practice management, and writes a blog about leadership, personal development, and marketing practices. He also delivers workshops and training seminars in business, sales, and leadership topics throughout the United States.

Patricia Werschulz

Pat Werschulz has spent much of her career developing life-saving pharmaceutical products. Now, as a legal expert in that industry and others, she helps Goldstein Patent Law protect the hard work of companies at the forefront of modern medicine.

After 12 years in manufacturing for Bristol-Myers Squibb and eight years in product development and R&D for the company's Consumer Medicines business, Pat provides unmatched perspective in medical product research and testing, and this background has given her a unique advantage when it comes to patenting technologies in the industry. Roman Tsibulevskiy

Roman Tsibulevskiy offers his clients an entrepreneur's perspective on the patent process. Roman has written patent applications to protect intellectual property for a wide range of technologies and products, including financial software, computer architecture, mobile apps, construction equipment, renewable energy systems, and various household and pet products.
