Estate Planning Specialist and Elder Law Firm   Attorney H. REY GERVACIO (“Rey”) has been practicing law in California since 1995. He is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.

Rey obtained his law degree or Juris Doctor (J.D) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He holds a Masters in Law (LL.M.) degree in Taxation and a Masters in Law (LL.M.) degree in International Legal Studies from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He is currently pursuing his S.J.D. (Doctor of Juridical Science degree which is the equivalent to the Ph.D. in Law) in the area of International Estate and Tax Planning, also at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. His baccalaureate degree (Bachelors of Science) is Pre-Law.

Rey is a member of various prominent organizations which includes:   WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel, a nationwide consortium of estate planning and elder law attorneys dedicated to building and maintaining proficiency in the technical and practical aspects of estate planning and elder law;   WealthCounsel's Advisor's Forum, an allied organization which promote and enhance relationships between lawyers, tax professionals, and financial planners to better serve their common client base; AND    The Santa Clara County Bar Association (SCCBA), the SCCBA Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section, the California Bar Association and the Trusts and Estates Section of State Bar of California.
