Erika Mariz, Member of Gallagher & Associates Law Firm, P.A.

Ms. Mariz graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2006. At Stetson, she was a Dean’s List student.  She was also selected to compete in the Carlton Fields First Year Advocacy Program.  At graduation she received the Attorneys Title Insurance Fund Award.

Ms. Mariz graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida. While at USF she was a member of the Honors Program and a Dean’s List student.  Additionally, Erika studied abroad in France while at USF.

Erika has experience with two area firms where her practice included real estate, leasing issues and probate/estate issues.  Ms. Mariz is currently admitted to practice before all courts within Florida. Ms. Mariz is a member of The Florida Bar, the Middle District of Florida, and the St. Petersburg Bar Association.  Erika frequenly lectures on Estate Planning and Probate Litigation. 

Erika's practice focuses on insurance litigation, real estate litigation, business litigation and consumer law.
