Fred Barakat is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA 1970) and Temple Law School (JD 1973). His wide ranging resume includes 35 years experience in Bankruptcy cases as well as extensive experience in government contract matters, civil litigation, contract law and contract disputes, business formation, sales, mergers, and acquisitions, medical malpractice and personal injury.

He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Delaware with offices in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware.
