Jon, Member of Foster Meyerson & Hauer
Jonathan Hauer handles a wide range of employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination lawsuits. Jonathan also proactively advises employers and employees on issues such as handbook policies and procedures, EEOC charges, wage and hour, contracts, leave, safety, discipline and discharge, privacy and federal labor laws.
Jonathan is a member of the Labor & Employment section of the Arizona State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Additionally, he has penned a number of articles for the Arizona Employment Law Letter and written one novel, The Inside Passage.
Jonathan received his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he graduated summa cum laude in Art History. He received his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he was a member of the Arizona Law Review. Before joining Foster & Meyerson, Jonathan was an associate attorney in Lewis and Roca's employment group and with Ford & Harrison, a national boutique employment law firm.
