Jeffrey Meyerson, Member of Foster Meyerson & Hauer
Jeffrey Meyerson is one of the founders of
Foster & Meyerson.
Jeff grew up in Tucson, Arizona and graduated with a B.S. in Physiological Sciences from the University of Arizona. After graduation, Jeff spent 2 years playing professional golf before returning to the University of Arizona for law school.
Jeff began his career at Gallagher & Kennedy, a regional law firm with its headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. While there, he represented a wide variety of privately held companies in mergers, acquisitions, corporate formation and structuring, and other corporate matters. He continued to provide those services to clients when he began working at another regional firm in Phoenix, Fennemore Craig.
Seeing an opportunity to expand his experience with more sophisticated transactions and public securities work, Jeff joined the international law firm of DLA Piper LLP (US) in February of 2008. While at DLA Piper, Jeff represented public companies in SEC reporting and compliance, mergers, tender offers and public securities offerings. He also continued to represent privately-held companies and provided other general corporate services such as contract review, drafting and negotiation. His experiences at DLA Piper, Fennemore Craig and Gallagher & Kennedy have prepared him to provide sophisticated cost-effective legal services to companies of any size.
Jeff is an active Board Member of Ronald McDonald House Charities in Phoenix and serves on their House Expansion Committee. He also volunteers his time as a coach in the St. Francis Athletic Association baseball league and is a husband and proud father of four wonderful children.
