Jay Hsu, Member of Foster Law Group, PC
Mr. Hsu is the firm’s dedicated immigration attorney. He helps clients in obtaining green card and citizenship through family members and immediate relatives. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hsu worked as a legislative assistance for assistant for a lawmaker from Asia. This overseas experience served to broaden his international horizon and understandings of international and administrative laws, as well as equipping him with invaluable multitasking and problem-solving skills. Later, Mr. Hsu interned with the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network in Westminster, Colorado, where he became familiar with the complexities of the U.S. immigration law and regularly assisted indigent immigrants in identifying legal rights and ramifications in removal proceedings. in 2008, Mr. Hsu enhanced his international profile and served as a foreign attorney in Asia, where he regularly provided advice on US immigration laws to foreign clients. While working in Asia Mr. Hsu became a guest lecturer of the American Legal System, Constitution and Government at two universities.
